Every day is a new day to create your own story.

Expressive Arts Storytelling

Welcome to Rachel Dawn Coaching, a warm, trauma-informed creative space for anyone ready to author and reauthor their own story. Whether you're a DOMI (daughter of a parent with mental illness), navigating grief, looking to get organized as a fellow messy scattered brain, or simply ready to tell your story creatively, please join me online or at the Clubhouse, nestled in our apple orchard in Sebastopol, California.

Here’s what I want to know: Where have you been, where are you now & where are you going?

Coaching Services

Expressive Arts

A warm, trauma-informed space where story becomes the medium and the message. Whether you're navigating a life transition, working through inherited patterns, or simply craving a creative outlet for what words alone can't hold, we use expressive arts and narrative storytelling to support you in creating your next chapter. Sessions are tailored to you, no art experience required.

Tidy Messmaker

Make mess. Reset. Repeat. Tidy Messmaker helps creative, ADHD, and organizationally-challenged folx design spaces that support real life, messes & all.

For the brain that swears it'll get organized "someday”, Tidy Messmaker blends practical organizing strategies with expressive arts, design, and self-compassion, because a decluttered home means nothing without a decluttered relationship to yourself.

Daughterline Lab

A trauma-informed, arts-based storytelling community for daughters of parents with mental illness (DOMI). Through expressive arts and narrative practice, we explore inherited adaptive patterns, such as perfectionism, hypervigilance, and people-pleasing, and transform them into creative resilience and self-authorship.

This is not therapy. It's a community of daughters with a shared story, creating together.

Grief Coaching

Whether you're grieving a person, a relationship, a version of yourself, or something harder to name, we use creative process to hold what words can't always carry. Through trauma-informed sensitivity and expressive arts storytelling, together we make room for what grief actually is: nonlinear, embodied, and deeply personal.

No art experience required, just a willingness to show up as you are. All ages welcome.
